Speaking about a great competitor, you held your own nicely with the former Boxster S.
The Parade will be coming to Monterey in 2014 it should be a good one.

Why not make the cancellation decision on the due date 9/24… for the last minute folks?

Thanks for the words, you guys aren't slow either. In fact, we have a pretty darn fast club... relative to others, even SoCAL. Grant's description is pretty close, except that my car isn't really that stiff... As for Monster park, yuk. I was in the last run group -"red" Power or not, my car was on i...

Hi Bill, Yes, Rob -GT2 and I went at it this year - SFR-SCCA (ASP) class. I was extremely impressed on how well that car handles. Literally I had to adjust my vision and look further ahead to judge braking and turn-in points when I got a ride... it's extremely easy to have the car get ahead of your ...

Chris Cox, GT3 has the best suspension under showrun stock SCCA rules. Fully adjustable Moton Shocks (not the club sport) / springs. Light wheels. Rob's GT2 has that type of suspension plus the power plus +,+,+ mods. It is the fastest straight line car I've been in. Chest sinking thrust coming out o...

Frankly, Larry can give the finger to Andrew anytime he likes and vice-versa. Both of these guys and others have given many years to VOLUNTEERING and helping make the club work. If would be a big shame to push these folks out. This is a local auto x - "club." The spirit of the event is to have fun o...

For this particular AutoX, I think having the pre-map disclosed and then having the surprise change the day of, probably didn't help those dissapointed with the short course...? It didn't bother me, I don't trust any auto X map... ;) The only real useful info I get from a pre-map is which circular d...

912 914, what's the difference.... both engines are too far forward. Takes real skills in a 911.

- Yes, we don't want to burden smaller groups...etc

We could have something like... if you show up early/first you'll be placed in the right class/ run group. The last minute folks and FUN will be placed randomly to balance things out.

Running AutoX groups by classes instead of Random placements

Yes it may be dependent on who/how many show up to balance things out. But do you think it might be possible run the Auto X groups based on classes. Just an example... Say Red Group = AX 1-5 + Fun, BLUE Group = AX 5-8, GREEN Group = AX 8-12.... Same class folks can be on the same course conditions a...
