10th Annual "Porsches at the Point" October 29-30

Post by Mahler9th » Thu Oct 20, 2011 10:30 am

Dear Porsche Racing Enthusiast:

The Porsche Racing Challenge Series will hold it's 10th annual "Porsches at the Point" at Infineon Raceway October 29 and 30 under National Auto Sport Association (NASA) sanction on October 29 and 30.

Since this is a milestone event, we are encouraging all former, current and future Porsche racers, guests and enthusiasts to attend.

We'd especially like to see those that have raced in previous PCA and Porsche Racing Club events in our area. See old friends and make new friends.

Race or drive your Porsche at "Porsches at the Point," or just come out to enjoy the races!

Join us for a catered meal Saturday evening in the paddock ($20 per person, deadline for tickets is fast approaching).

The event will feature two all-Porsche racing groups, with practice and qualifying sessions and a sprint race each day. In addition, Porsche 944 and 986/Boxster Spec classes will feature some exciting competition. NASA Time Trial and High Performance Driver's Education (HPDE) groups are also available for those with appropriate previous track driving experience in Porsches and other types of cars.

Additional Details

NASA charge $10 per person to get in the gate.

You can sign up to race on the NASA web site at http://www.nasaproracing.com. You have to have a NASA racing license and be a NASA member. For additional information, please contact Masuo Robinson at masuo@prc-racing.com.

For information on the Saturday evening PRC dinner, please contact contact Masuo Robinson at masuo@prc-racing.com.
